Actually, (this is not documented well) look at the Transform Object function
of the Design Shop Software. The Help system shows using it on lettering, but
if you select all the objects (in this case the vine pieces) and then right
mouse click on them, then go to Transform Outline, it will work like the
Transform Outline function for lettering. By selecting the area you want to
bend, then using the Transform Object Function you can arc or bend the objects
selected.
