No, tell them what machine you have and they send the brackets for that machine 
with the
hoop.  You attach them with small screws they send.  I guess because it's 
really bulky
with the brackets on for shipping.  Found the website: www.dehoops.com  The 
other thing I
liked about this hoop is that it has the little notches for alignment on all 4 
sides.
