you might look at the settings for the screen on "desk top" on the computer.
Most newer lap tops use the max setting, reducing this setting will result
in "larger" icons and can fix this problem. I had the same problem and
called Gateway (my computer) help desk and they walked me through different
things until I got what I wanted.....I am sure there are more ways, but I am
no computer expert....
