[amayausers] Re: Damage Waivers

Hi, I also am looking for some kind of generic forms for embroidery,
like the Damage Waivers and a worksheet for my sales people to take
out with them so they ask all the right things that I need to know before
ordered or sewing their order. Is there any thing like that.
