I pay 10%. If it is a new customer I pay 20% of the first order and 10% of
everything that customer does thereafter. The idea is to pay for customers
who keep coming back. But we only do B2B.

I could use some help with a business question...
I have a part time person that is bringing in clients and business. Do any
of you give a commission or bonus for accounts that employees bring in? How
much? I'm not sure how to handle this.
