Hi Geri. Any industrial sewing machine would have a winder on the side that
would work.

OR

It's pretty inexpensive to make a bobbin winder. You just need a sewing
machine replacement motor, an industrial sewing machine bobbin winder, a piece
of board, and a piece of metal a little taller than the cone of thread.

Attach motor to board, adjust bobbin winder wheel so it engages motor, screw
piece of metal into board so it forms an eye to feed the thread through and
poof, you're done.
