Hi Just an observation about this e-mail. The newest Amaya OS software allows other machines to keep running after a thread break on one machine. Have multiple Amayas set up to run as singles... That way when running multiple items of the same design (as you would on a multi head)... Only one is stopped at a time waiting for the next item to be placed on. Or if there is a thread break or bobbin out, the others keep going and just one stops. In a multi head situation, all 4 heads are stopped while you load all 4 etc. If the machine is not running it is not making money. We have a couple of members on the list that run multi Amayas. And have great results. Consistent speeds of 1200SPM etc. Im guessing they have been busy or out of town is why they have not responded.
