We have also had problems. I was told June, then July, then August, on the new version. Let's see it's late September. Tech support said the best fix was to reinstall the older version. That would cause me to go back and save my new designs in the older version and lose some of the new features in DesignShop. The good news is they did replace a new machine that was defective. That's our fourth machine. Love the machine but the software...... Keep us informed if anybody hears of a real shipping date for the new version. When I got my upgrade and installed it I've had nothing but trouble starting up my computer each day. Sometimes I have to unplug and try starting it 6 or 7 times! I talked with the company that sold me the computer and we both think it's related to the OS software. So ...... today I uninstalled the upgrade and reinstalled my old version and I can startup on the first try! This leads me to believe it is definitely related to the upgrade.
