No offense meant to anyone (so please don't take it that way) - but without
being able to get digitizing at an inexpensive price when we were just
starting, we would have lost customers going against the big boys. Yeah, we
could have passed up the business, but we had $20k in Machine and Software to
pay for. So I understand why things get sent overseas. I try to buy american
as much as the next person - but sometimes, you have to hit a price point. Or
there are times where I have had to have a design ready to go the next day -
where I get things in at close of business, send it out, and have it ready when
I wake up at the beginning of the next day.

Digitizing is just one component of the process. I buy my supplies from a
local company in Baltimore that employs american workers. I buy my garments
from companies with offices here that employ american workers. If I have to
outsource one SMALL component - so that WE - a local american owned company can
get the business, and so I can support other amercian companies with the
majority of my business, and put money back into my local economy... I'm going
to do that.

That being said, we are doing more stuff in house, and we have found a
digitizing company in the US that we also use.

JOHN
