  Hello there,
  If the document already exist in a folder, then highlight it by holding the 
shift key and then alt tab to the existing folder and paste by hitting control 
v.
  If it is a new document, then hit alt f for file and then the letter a for 
save as. Then alt tab to your folders and hit enter to select the folder you 
want.  Then tab once and it will ask you for the file name.
