Which looks to be some kind of  on line spam filtering set-up, Can be
helpful,  it looks to be free for one user account, , check it out.
  Also, I've heard It's very screen reader
friendly too! 

  I'm really surprised that Comcast isn't doing anything about Spam, such as
a spam filter.   I used Comcast for several years and I never had any Spam
issues, and now I get about 8 spam messages a day that just get filtered
into my junk mail folder in my outlook program.
