Hi, list,
I Have another question, is there a way to turn on imbedded internet links
in messages, or do I have to, have the messages read in html instead of
plain text?

Well, I got the signatures to be in replys and forwards too. But I
really
can't say how, except both sections, New as well as, replies and
forwards,
have to have a signature and they both have to be applied.

Yeah, I am having trouble with that as well. I hope someone else on the
list knows how to fix it. I found the directions in the help topics,
but they are wrong.

Well, I think I got the signature. I can't see it on these replies ,
though.

Hi Claude, thank you for reorganizing this. Ok let's get started.

You asked: 1. setting up views, of treeviews in folders. Is
There a specific design or can you customize? Also, it looks as though,
The views are collapsed or compressed because the subject lines have
some
Missing information.

You are right depending on how you have your vies customized some
information will be lost. I encourage you to play around with the
different views. So where ever you are in Outlook, Inbox, Colander,
Contacts and so on, you can customize the view of the screen by going to
view and choose to show various options. You can also further customize
the screen by choosing "Current View" and then "Customize Current View."

You also asked: 2. When setting up folder message rules, what is the
procedure>? I am not sure what you are asking here; I can tell you how
to set up folders, but I'm not sure what you mean by "folder message
rules.

Your question continued: Also when filling out edit boxes using the
rules wizard do all edit fields need to be filled even when the
component is not part of the applicable option? I'm sorry but I am also
not familiar with this.

I hope this helps.

Happy Holidays!

Let's see, Hmmm!
Setting rules for messages, for folders, even with the wizard is
confusing
and do I need to put something in every Edit box?
Creating a signature , under Options in Tools, I can't figure where the
correct message Options, is located.
Finally, the message lines in the view are collapsed how do you change
this
and change the view, to the way I like, excep
t colors.
I hope you understand what I'm talking about, cause, for sure I don't!

Hi,
Does anyone have any experience with Outlook (2003), It seems so much
more
confusing than Outlook Express, and that was confusing enough at times.
