Hi Claude, Here is how to add a signature.

1. From the main Outlook window, on the Tools menu, click Options, and
then click the Mail Format tab.
2. In the Compose in this message format list, click the message format
that you want to use the signature with.
3. Under Signature, click Signature, and then click New.
4. In the Enter a name for your new signature box, enter a name.
5. Under Choose how to create your signature, select the option you
want.
6. Click Next.
7. In the Signature text box, type the text you want to include in the
signature.
8. To change the paragraph or font format, select the text, click Font
or Paragraph, and then select the options you want. These options are
not available if you use plain text as your message format.
9. Once you've created the signature, you can insert it in all new
messages, in all messages you reply to or forward, or just in a specific
message.

Hope this helps.

Laura

Happy Holidays!

Hi, Laura,
                        1. setting up views, of treeviews in folders.
Is
there a specific design, or can you customize? Also, it looks as
though,
the views are collapsed or compressed because the subject lines have
some
missing information.

        2. when setting up folder message rules, what is the
procedure>?
Also when filling out edit boxes using the rules Wizzard do all edit
fields
need to be filled even when thecomponent is not part of the applicable
option?

Let's see, Hmmm!
Setting rules for messages, for folders, even with the wizard is
confusing
and do I need to put something in every Edit box?
Creating a signature , under Options in Tools, I can't figure where the
correct message Options, is located.
Finally, the message lines in the view are collapsed how do you change
this
and change the view, to the way I like, excep
t colors.
I hope you understand what I'm talking about, cause, for sure I don't!

Hi,
Does anyone have any experience with Outlook (2003), It seems so much
more
confusing than Outlook Express, and that was confusing enough at times.
