Thanks for doing that, Margret. We plant the seed, if they hear it enough they'll get sick of us and do something. Good work.

I decided to talk to a consumer organization re humanware's lack oftechnical support and the replied that there was nothing the could do. I was disappointed in this response as I feel that consumer organizations ought tobe more outspoken for their members. My Braille Note is beingrepaired. He is quoting a ridiculous sum and Commission for the Blind herein Idaho is not agreeing with him. But, I also had the same issues with my Voice Note and would love to hear from others also. Because my VN kept going into hibernation and not coming out of it, I also went through the hidden files and the My Memo thing to claear out the memory on my flash drive. The memory did go up in capacity, but I still had problems. Since it was still under warranty, Human Ware had me send it in for a check and installed a newbattery. Unfortunately, my Voice Note still locks up, but not as much asitused to. Let me know if you find a solution to the issue and I'd love tohear what if any others have had the same problem. Oh, and yes, there are good and bad help at tech support. Keep trying. Good luck, Lana----- Original Message ----- From: <peacefortheworld@xxxxxxxxxxxxx>To: <adaptivetec@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Tuesday, November 10, 2009 12:20 PM Subject: [adaptivetec] BrailleNote questionHas anyone else noticed that the new tech support dude at Humanware isn't all that great? I only have 34.91 MB free on my flash disk and this person is being of very little help. Does anyone know or have an idea of why it's so low and what I can do about it? We erased the hidden files in none folder but it's still not giving more room. he suggested erasing the my memos folder but I use it, though currently there is nothing on it. Grrrrrrrr...any ideas?
