Hi Rob, I hope I am not too late in answering your question. Do you have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat on your computer? Also what version of JAWS are you running? The latest version I am aware of is 7.0. If you do not; try downloading the latest version. It doesn't read the entire document and doesn't read what's on the screen, it reads the page either before or after what's on the screen. Is there a way to set up Adobe and or Jaws so that I am able to read these PDF's. I appreciate any info that will help me with this problem. I work at a non-profit in the fundraising department and the documents are donor histories each page of the adobe document is an individual donor history. I use control page down to toggle through the pages but the curser doesn't want to follow or find all the information.
