accessible-iOS Re: VO volume on iPhone 5s after updating from 4s

One doesn't have to lose all data, there are two choices under reset, go to
settings> general> reset> reset all settings (which is the 1st choice).
Choice 2 is reset all content and settings which you would lose all the
data-- apps, tones, music ect.  So, I may wind up doing this, which would
mean all my apps, folders and tones would stay but all my accessibility
settings (VO, home button and bold text would need to be reset, along with
my battery saving tips).  This would be a pain but easy as I still have my
4s, as I haven't decided if/when to sell it or recycle it back to Apple or
AT&T.  I know I don't like this bug for sure!
