Hi,

SP2 is blocking the download of the update program. As they say, if you
use the mouse cursor to get to the top near the address bar, you should
be told what to do. Usually this is clicking on the bar, and choosing
to run the active installer.

Andrew.

Subject: [access-uk] xp and office updates

Hi all,

Just been to microsoft.com to update my office installation on my xp
drive.

When I select the check for updates, I get an error message and I am
told to consult the "information bar" in internet explorer.

Any ideas what this is all about?

Thanks

Keith
