Hi, SP2 is blocking the download of the update program. As they say, if you use the mouse cursor to get to the top near the address bar, you should be told what to do. Usually this is clicking on the bar, and choosing to run the active installer. When I select the check for updates, I get an error message and I am told to consult the "information bar" in internet explorer. Any ideas what this is all about?
