John, Thanks for that. Unfortunately the link you gave doesn't work, I suspect there's something missing at the end, I will have a look at their website and find it and buy one. Cheers. The current price from them is GBP 127 plus VAT, that is for the 2600G model. The direct page is http://www.zionmedia.co.uk/acatalog/Vigor_2600G2.html There are a lot of links at the top of the page, but then there is a lot of good info. It is also available from lots of other places and you may be able to get it cheaper elsewhere, its worth looking. It is a wonderful piece of kit and has a lot of features in I am sorry to say I don't understand. The web interface works well with Window-eyes. Yesterday I took the plunge and decided that I needed to upgrade the firmware in it. I had never done this in the past and so was a bit wary. I read up what was required on the Dratek support site and then went for it. It all worked like a charm. I am a convinced proponent of these routers; although they are more expensive that others. In addition to a built in firewall, it has 4 wired ports, plus a USB printer port. What is especially good is that if needs be, it can be set up by someone else over the Internet, given that you have a fixed IP address of course. And believe me, I have been more than glad of that feature on many occasions.
