Hi Debie. As far as I know the newest Winamp isn't any less accessible with a screen-reader. However I heard yesterday that a few advanced features were apparently broke, causing quite a bit of aggro. So the safest thing might be to say at the moment, if the current version is doing all you want it to, it mightn't be a bad idea to stick with it for the time being. I know I will be anyway.
