Hi Trace

If you are registered blind, you can get free directory enquiries from BT
and Vodafone. To register with Vodafone, you need to give them the pin
number you use for BT. To register with BT, call their customer services on
152. You will have to send them proof of your being registered blind. Once
you have registered, you call 195, give them your password and make your
enquiries as normal. You can even ask to be put straight through to the
number you want so you don't have to note the number down.
