Hi, That error (the 4xx code) is a temporary failure on NTL side, probably as a result of trying to resolve DNS records etc which cannot be resolved. The mail will be retried until a specific limit, and then bounced back to you. The error is generated from the NTL mail server. Changing the email address in Messenger involves creating a new passport.
