With that level of english though I'd be a bit scared of commissioning the killer in case he/she got the address wrong or misunderstood the terms of the contract in some other way.
No, I'm afraid the same rules apply as usual. Any new users of the internet must be warned that this stuff flies around and at the end of the day you treat it in the same way as people begging for funds because their 12 month old daughter has cancer or their grandfather nied in Nigeria or somewhere with a huge amount of money that needs to be filtered through an overseas bank account.
Many programs reduce spam but will not get rid of it altogether. Of course, if you crack down too hard on spam you may lose genuin messages so it's a difficult balancing act.

Hello and good morning. I have been receiving a great deal of dodgy messages concerning winning the lottery, bank rubbish and lovely ladies asking for my favours. I should be so lucky! All these get deleted of course and I wonderwhy some people have nothing better to do. This morning I have received adifferent one.
