Hi Ron, am very sorry to hear that you're receiving these e-mails. My girlfriend's going through a similar situation at the moment, by phone, but that's another matter. I suggest you send this message to your ISP. That way they'll be able to track down who's responsible and, if necessary, terminate their membership and whatever else ISP's need to do. This is serious mate, and I hope you get this resolved as quickly as possible. Good luck.
