Hi Ibrahim,

I don't know if the icon has a bearing. I don't have an NC10 to try.

All the best

Steve

Hi Steve.

There is an icon on my system tray called "battery mgr:Normal". I've never
meddled around with the Samsung software, but does this have any baring on
the FN F8 function? As I said before, Samsung Speedup manager is nowhere to

be found on the system and doesn't appear in the list of applications one
can install when inserting the cd in my external cd drive. The software
recovery disk uses an HTML webpage to present installation options, so this
is accessible with jaws.

All the best, Ibrahim.
