Never tried deleting stuff after I've checked out, adding it is a doddle.

One thing I find is that I'll go through favourites and put a load of stuff in there and then some of it won't have gone through, its not in another basket, just not there, its a pain, nearly checked out with none of the dogs stuff last time.

One of most annoying problems is that "full basket" stuff. Often, especially if I buy many items, when checking out I realise that half of my stuff is missing, then I have to click on that "full basket" link for the rest to appear. Sometimes I don't even look and end up not buying half of the things I wanted. Also I don't like the fact that it seems difficult if not impossible to edit the basket once the order is checked out, especially if I want to delete something. If I leave the edit box which asks for amount of products empty, it comes with an error that all the fields are mandatory and if I just put 0 it still comes up with an error. I've also find it quite buggy, often have to click on confirm payment or whatever it says several times because it comes up with errors...it just in general seems more hassle than it's worth imo.

What sorts of problems have you had with it? I've used it loads and only experienced a couple of problems at the beginning when I was getting used to the fact that using the back key had some undesirable consequences.

I usually prefer normal site rather than the access one, although since they changed it and supposably improved it I started using it, but with amount of problems I had with it I'm very much considering going back to normal site.

I just count through the day, the standard thing is that if it's after 2 PM in the afternoon when you're placing the order and wanting to book a slot you can't have the next day, at the top it lists the days down the page (monday, tuesday, etc etc) if you're ordering on Sunday you can't have Monday, so the first link that you will be able to click on is Tuesday, so work from their, first is tues 2nd is wed etc, count the days and hopefully it'l work: personally I prefer the normal site to the access one ... ... a warning though: I have recently had things from them that have been out of date, I wasn't aware of this till my mum came round four days later and went through the fridge! when I say out of date: I had it delivered at 9 PM on the 16th, the last "use by date" was the 16th ...

I probably haven't helped you at all, but I hope I have, it doesn't make much sense the way it's written! sorry!
