[access-uk] super nova help please

Hi all,
Please can you help with super nova.
I am using version 6.3 in a public library and finding
it very difficult to use especially on the internet.
I don?t find it as accessible to use as JAWS is on the
net.
The things I find hard to do is to highlight text on
the internet.
It?s not the same as doing it with JAWS I have found.
I have also found that when you are tabbing through
the web page I can not go back with shift and tab keys
to go back the way.
Could any one give me step by step instructions and
keyboard keystrokes in how to use super nova on the
internet because the staff haven?t a clue in how to
use it properly.
