Brian,

In Outlook 2003 or Outlook express, you could go into the address book,
select all the contacts and send a message. The exact steps will depend
on which application and whether you prefer shortcuts or menus. Here's
how to do it using menus.

Outlook Express
From the Inbox, open the Tools menu and choose Address Book.
Open the Edit menu and choose Select All.
Open the Tools menu, then the Actions submenu and choose Send Mail.

Outlook 2003
From the Inbox, open the Go menu and choose Contacts.
Open the Edit menu and choose Select All.
Open the Actions menu choose New Message to Contact.

Steve

Subject: [access-uk] sending Email to multiple contacts

I have been in contact with someone who wishes to send each of her 100
contacts an Email notifying of a change of Email address. Does anyone
please know what is the quickest way of being able to do that aside from
typing all the names of the contact which is obviously going to take
some time to note down and subsequently enter?

Thank you.
