[access-uk] running nvda automatically

Hi
I have set-up nvda on usb pen, how can I get it to autorun,
I have the autorun.inf file, for some strange reason,
Microsoft have stopped it running usb pens with exe files. I
found a lot on google but I don't know what is safe. I am
trying to help a friend who helps other people with their
pc's but doesn't have jaws portable.
