[access-uk] problem with audible.co.uk

hi all, i've forgotten my audible.co.uk password. so i used the form on
their website to request a reminder to be sent to me. when i received the
email, below is what it said.

where the word "font" appeared, was a link in the email. when i tried to use
it, i got a cannot find server error.
am i missing something?
