Hey mandy, that is really great of you, are you sure you don’t need it
yourself,I copy all my books on to my plextalk, it’s so handy for carrying
around in my pocket,i’m afraid i’m addicted to audio books, the strange thing
is that for years I only read braille books, but with advent of mp3 players it
all changed for me, now the only time I use braille is to write out notes and
lyrics if I need them,I get books from calibre and one or two other sources, I
would be willing to pay any costs you may have when sending the player to me,
once again, thank you so much, my e mail address is, everton274@xxxxxxx you
don’t have to worry about putting my name to it, god bless, travel safely, joe

Hi Joe.
Do you copy your books onto the player?
I have a spare Victor Stream Reader that you can have if it is of use.
Mandy.

Subject: [access-uk] mp3 player
Friends, i’m sorry to say that my most treasured audio possession has given up
the ghost, I got my plextalk years ago, it was one of the first models to
appear, i’ve read countless audio books on it over the years, but now, sadly,
it no longer works, so i’m looking for an accessible mp3 player, funds don’t
reach to purchasing a new plextalk, what I need is a simple player, no bells
and whistles, I don’t need an in built radio, just a player that will read my
audio books, and give me information about where I am in a book, battery life,
etc. Any help will be appreciated, god bless, travel safely, joe bollard, the
republic of Ireland.
