most of the screenreaders seem to be getting something together that will 
work in Vista.  if it's anything like XP there will be a minimum period of 
about 6 months while the public at large do microsoft's job and sort out any 
bugs and the like. so if Microsoft deliver a release of Vista at all before 
the end of this year, I would say that it will be next year at about this 
time when significant numbers of people start to upgrade to Vista.
