Hi, agreed it seems to me that years ago sticks didn't have this problem at least I don't remember having to fight with the dam thing on a bus. anyway I sure hope this gets fixed.

I have even tried putting vaseline on the joints but after a time it wears off and you need to be careful it doesn't get on your clothing.
