Hi John, Ron and list,I'm wondering, perhaps the Read or Send tabs within Options (under the Tools menu) need to be looked at to see if that's set to HTML or plain text?

Well, Ron, I'm not sure. You should be able to activate such links. Perhaps the message you are trying to do this with is in plain text format and not HTML, so the URL or whatever you're trying to activate is not really a link. Sorry I couldn't help further. Now what?----- Original Message ----- From: "John Wilson" <j.wilson07@xxxxxxxxxxxxx>To: <access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Friday, December 03, 2010 4:06 PM Subject: [access-uk] Re: links in e mails Hello Ron, You're probably currently reading in plain text. To be able to activate links and other HTML objects within an email, you need to switch to HTML format. Do this from within the View Menu with: ALT V (for View) and then ARROW down five times to HTML and press ENTER. This should do the trick. I think it may be something to do with hmtl or plain text but I can't remember what to do. Can anyone help please.
