[access-uk] help with trying to get onto Sky Web mail

hi  folks.
trying to get onto Sky Web mail, and this is all I get for the last two days. 
Proxy Error
The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request
GET /amserver/SSORedirect/metaAlias/sky
.
Reason: Error reading from remote server
IBM_HTTP_Server Server at id.sky.com Port 80
any Sky Members getting this when going onto web mail.
tried  it Firefox and IE7 and got the same.
window eyes 6 . 1 and XP home.
