Hi. No, I can't think of a program for ripping DVD's I'm sorry. You might try searching Google to find something; they'll probably throw a list of sponsored links at you advocating one program or another to do the job. Sorry I couldn't have been of more help. ----- Original Message ----- From: Vanja Sudar To: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Tuesday, January 13, 2009 4:34 PM Subject: [access-uk] Re: give away of the day - pdf conversion tool Hi, I have just installed this software and from what I seen so far it doesn't seem accessible at all. Granted, I haven't actually tried to convert a file, but I'm not even sure how to do it. When the software installed it wasn't very visible to jaws. Even when in the window, pressing insert+t did not read the title window. Jaws cursor did see a dialog, which told me that it was a trial version and that I had 10 conversions left and to "click here" to register. When I did click (it was very hard to focus the jaws cursor to that point( it just came with several edit fields, which weren't read by jaws, not even the jaws cursor, so I gave up for now. I couldn't even close the software. Alt+f4 did not work and not even jaws cursor could see any type of close button, so the only way I could close it was by terminating the process from the task manager. Potentially this seems like the great tool, but if we're not able to use it not much good. I do admit though that as yet I haven't tested this with any other screenreader. It would be useful if anyone else has tried this yet and had different or better luck with this, either with jaws or of course any other screenreader.
