Hi Carol,

I think we may be getting a handle on this missing text. Trish has
discovered that some messages are being sent using Base64 instead of
plain text. How I'm a complete luddite in this area, but by the sound
of it, whatever change it was you made has fixed it at your end.

What was the check box you found called?

George.

Hi,

I found they were blank until I altered a setting in Outlook Express.
You'll find it in Tools, Options, Read Messages, then you want the
International settings and you'll find a check box to check. It
worked for
me to read all those messages anyway.
