Thunder does have mouse emulation if I remember correctly though I do not know how good it is. with a free toy, you can always try it out.
nvda at the moment does not have mouse emuulation but uses object navigation for screen review.
System Access, which in its mobile off the web version just became free, does have a "virtual mouse' though that is in its developing stages still.
