Or if you have an Apple ID why not activate iCloud Mail and receive list mail that way. Had absolutely no problems since doing this. I even see my own messages actually get to the list rather than my own copy of my list messages as of the case with Gmail.

This new BT system is proving a nightmare for many lists, and people
too. I can't understand why anyone would want to use BT's email
system, either.
It just ties you to a certain provider, and if you finally gain your
sanity and leave BT, you've got to tell everyone your new address.

Why not just use a "proper" dedicated email provider like gmail.com,
which you can still use with POP/SMTP/IMAP and it handles spam a hell
of a lot more intelligently!

Hi John,
This is certainly a case of BT's spam filters working overtime. For some
reason, they consider the access UK list spam. I had over 300 messages in
there. Now, I've turned off the spam filters and hey presto! All my
messages are coming no problem.
If you want to turn off the spam filters, you could need to borrow a pair of
eyes as it's not too easy if you don't have any sight. Log into your BT
e-mail account, go to mail options, pop and forwarding, and check the box
which says, download spam with no indicators. Then press the save button
and no more messages getting snarled up by over-zealous spam filters. It's
certainly worked for me!

Cheers,
Sandra.
