Nope Chat Rooms online are typically very dynmaic. That is instant to and fromming, but lik an instant messege conversation with possibly hundreds of people in your browser.

The only one I know of these days that's usable with a screenreader is Mirc or

http://www.zonebbs.com

which isn't dynamic AFAIK.
