[access-uk] cannot get sky talker to talk

Hi all
I have plugged everything but cannot get sky
talker to talk I hear it click but nothing.
on the digi box on the back over on the right
there are two sockets you can plug the scart in
to. one is higher than the other I have tried both but still the same.
the local shop will come and have a look but at £40 plus vat.
I rang sky and they said get some one sighted and
they will talk them through it.
well just keep trying.
