Hi Graham,

I have been in contact with the RNIB and it seems that another visually impaired person had the same problem last year and sent their printed manual to the RNIB to be transcribed into Braille so I am able to obtain a manual from the RNIB after all.

The only thing I intend to do is try and see if Hotpoint will refund the cost that I will have to pay for the manual, because while the cost will be only one pound and a few pence, it is the principle of the fact that the shop that I purchased the machine from, asked Hotpoint for the manual in Braille and yet they would have only been able to provide it on Audio CD, which is not what was asked for.
