Which Norton product are you thinking is the blocker? If you have
Norton Internet you could be right. If you don't have this then I'm not
sure. It could be another fire wall on your system.

Subject: [access-uk] Winmx search being blocked by Norton I think.

Hi all.

I have installed Winmx but when the programme launches, it will not
allow me
to search. I have Norton installed and I think that perhaps it is
preventing Winmx from working. Anyone know how to allow or disallow a
particular contact using Norton?

Best wishes.
Andy from sunny Kilcreggan.
