Andy,

Not sure what you're using but, if it's Winzip - CTRL+A selects all,
then you want to "Extract" and not "copy" scripts so you use Shift+E and
work your way around the box to ensure the files go where you want them.
You can put them into a temp file somewhere if you wish and then put
them into your JAWS folder, where they need to go.

Yes Colin.  I did a Control A to select all and a Control V t paste them
in. 
In addition, I did an alt F and Selected All from the pull-down menu,
but 
couldn't find the Copy function on this menu either.
