Hi Ali,
Go into Options, then into the Privacy Tab.
Tab to the Allow List, arrow down till you find the person you are looking
for.
Now press the Context Menu key then arrow up to Add To Contacts, and press
the Enter key.
This should fix your problem.
Tom.

Hi,
For some reason, I lost one of my contact off my online/offline list. They
can see and contact me when they are looking at their list, but, I cannot
find them on my list. Is it possible to get them back? Unfortunately I
cannot remember their email address.
-----------
Thank you.
Ali
