Sandra, for a couple of years I used Windows mail but have now changed to
Outlook via Office 365.
Windows mail is very basic but it is very easy to create folders and move
emails between them but I found attachments difficult and you have to keep
expanding the view.
I also found it difficult to open attachments.
I dont think it is as accessible as Outlook. What do you dislike about
Outlook?
One thing I am finding, sometimes when I delete an email, instead of going
to the next one on the list it says zero items and so I have to arrow down.
At other times it will work properly.

What don't you like about Outlook Sandra? That will make it easier for us
to advise.
I personally don't like Windows Mail, so I stick with Outlook.
