[access-uk] Windows 7 Administrator Privileges

Hi All
I want activate my Duxburyy Braille Translation but when I go to activate
it, i am not permitted to do so. I think I need to temporarily disable
within Control Pannel that feature which permits changes to programmes but I
cannot remember what this permission is called to go in and deactivate it
temporarily. can someone kindly remind me? Thanks.
