I found out this morning that none of the standard audio versions are out at the moment. Tescoes don't have it, Amazon don't have it, nor does WHSmith.

Amazon aren't having as much luck as you think, as they are unable to getall the pre-ordered audio versions out on time. I also heard recently thatRoyal Mail have lost their contract with Amazon, so they are using another company to deliver their goods. A friend and I are still waiting for ourcopies down in flooded South Wales. I'm now very glad that I purchased the NBP download, and can hardly wait to begin reading the book with doubletalkon my Book Courier later :)! As yet, the download is not available - apparently it will be at Noon Eastern time in the US, which equates to 6 p.m. UK time as far as I can tell.Even though I'm turning slightly green with envy as I write this, it's stillgood to hear that RNIB did all they could to get the books out to us, sending them out on Friday as agreed. at the end of the day they aren't going to have the same close relationship with the postal services enjoyed by the likes of Amazon. Enjoy the book!
