Not often, but I have done it once or twice. Usually I'm with colleagues
or friends when I'm on unfamiliar territory, but I have found the WayFinder
useful from time to time.
I don't have a dog, so I'm not sure of the constraints this would place
on you. If it helps though, I tend to use earphones with my phone when
accessing WayFinder. I usually have Talks set to quite a low volume, so when
on a busy street it's helpful to have earphones.
I think using earphones would also mean you could put your phone in your
pocket. Perhaps this would be an advantage if you're out with your dog?

I wouldn't have thought it was off topic for this list James, as it's an
access technology. I'm sure George will set us straight if I'm wrong about
that though.
I use WayFinder to get directions, or to keep track of my journey when
I'm in a cab. The feature that tells you how much farther your destination
is, and how much longer the journey is likely to take, is particularly
useful.

Hi folks,
I am curious to know if any of you use Way Finder Access and if so how? I
have a Guide Dog and was wondering what you used when working your dog, i.e.
headphones?
Thanks
Take care
