Hi Andy, It's very difficult to give a precise answer without knowing make and model of printer, but generally this is done from the Print dialog, where there is usually a "Preferences" button, or similar. That goes for most printing functions regardless of software or operating system being used. Unfortunately the Preferences dialog varies depending on manufacturer, etc.. However, there is often a "Maintenance" option there somewhere which can print a test page, and another to clean and unclog nozzles, etc.. I have 4 ink cartridges, Blue Magenta Yellow and Black, so need to use a mixture of inks just to keep things ticking over. The other question is about how to change printing colour in word2007, under Vista, I can't quite figure the ribbon menu out for font etc. Thanks for any help with either or both of these queries - Andy ** To leave the list, click on the immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe] ** If this link doesn't work then send a message to: ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx ** and in the Subject line type ** unsubscribe ** For other list commands such as vacation mode, click on the ** immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=faq] ** or send a message, to ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the Subject:- faq ** To leave the list, click on the immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe] ** If this link doesn't work then send a message to: ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx ** and in the Subject line type ** unsubscribe ** For other list commands such as vacation mode, click on the ** immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=faq] ** or send a message, to ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the Subject:- faq
