[access-uk] Victor Reader and Text Files.

I do hope someone can help me here.

I've just bought the Victor and been told that if I want to save something as a 
text file I have to save under HTML but when I go to the *save as* in a word 
document HTML doesn't come up so I can't save the document any ideas what I can 
do to put this right please?
